Leadership Development. In partnership with you, we co-create leadership development approaches that integrate your strategic intent and unique values. Our programs range from one-off training workshops to multi-year learning programs that integrate “action learning” (that is, actual business projects that translate into clear ROI). We take learning seriously. Our approaches weave together concepts and direct experience in ways that engage leaders and shift their very way of leading.
Among the projects we deliver are:
- Leadership Development Programs. Crafted for a particular population of leaders, a typical program might last 9 months. Among the topics we explore are strategy; decision-making; values; thinking systemically; leading for innovation and change; negotiation; power, authenticity and presence; coaching and mentoring; influencing and developing others; diversity and cross-cultural effectiveness; sustainability; personal effectiveness and time/energy management; and self-awareness. We can also tap top faculty on topics such as marketing and finance. Learning is woven together with actual business projects that enable participants to learn in action.
- Strategic Focusing. Strategic Focusing is a powerful process that helps clients to execute strategic plans in ways that engage employees, strengthen commitment and accountability. A typical engagement lasts 3-6 months.
- Workshops and Retreats:
- Self-Managing Leadership. Self Managing Leadership® helps participants develop a clearer sense of direction, clarify their options and develop the inner power necessary to face up to some tough choices and decisions.
- The Leaders’ Journey. The Leaders’ Journey provides C-suite executives with a unique and refocusing “time out” to concentrate on how their personal values and purpose will help to build alignment and commitment in their top teams.

- Negotiation Essentials. In this course, developed at Harvard, participants learn a systematic negotiation strategy that they can apply across a wide range of business transactions.
- Power and Presence. Over 90% of our communication is non-verbal. This workshop prepares leaders to command authentic power and presence they’re leading a team meeting or delivering a keynote speech.
- Masterful Conversations. In this course, participants map the communication challenges that people face and examine their own communication patterns. They learn to manage diverse perspectives and work collaboratively on teams. They also develop their interpersonal intelligence and emerge better able to handle negotiations, offer performance feedback, and navigate a wide range of other business and life transactions.
Assessment Services. Integral Growth offers clients a broad range of assessment services to help you:

- Assess values and cultures.
We partner with you to employ the best tools for each situation. Tools and frameworks that we use include: The Leadership Circle Profile (LCP), the Leadership Development Framework (LDF), the Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI), Subject-Object Interviewing (SOI), the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI), the Enneagram, the AVI values inventory, Hogan Assessments, Firo-B, the Bar-On EQi, and the Immunity to Change approach.
Executive Coaching. We are committed to helping our clients fulfill their potential and lead more effectively. Organizational Culture and Change. Today’s uncertain environment calls for adaptive leadership and continuous change. Yet highly complex situations are often reduced to technical solutions–one reason that over 80% of change efforts fail. Whether a change initiative involves a group, organization, or multiple stakeholders, Integral Growth guides clients through all forms of strategic change. We begin our change work with an assessment, which typically involves interviews with the key stakeholders who can influence the success or failure of sustainable, lasting change. We coach leaders on leading and influencing change. We craft our approaches to consider the multiple cultures that tend to be involved wherever change occurs. And we offer strategic, operational, and behavioral guidance throughout the whole process.
